As a non-profit, fee for service hospital, Mobay Hope Medical Centre receives donations from American Friends of Jamaica, a not for profit charitable organization in New York

MoBay Hope also receives funding from several hotels such as Half Moon; Rose Hall Beach & Country Club; Ritz Carlton; Tryall Club and other organizations.
